What are your core services?

At Fresh and Fearless, we work with clients to identify existing cultural barriers within the workplace. With this insight, we develop a bespoke diversity strategy that helps you create a more inclusive workplace culture for all your employees.
Do you offer ad-hoc 1:1 consulting?
Yes - if you're interested in creating a more inclusive culture at your workplace, or in your teams then we can help. We also offer 1:1 consulting for people who want to become a stronger ally to underrepresented and marginalised communities.
Can I get monthly support for my business?
We value the opportunity to become a core part of your organisation's team. A monthly retainer means we work together with you and the leadership team to build your diversity and inclusion strategy, and support in the implementation of initiatives.
We also offer a yearly subscription which entitles you to a certain number of workshops throughout the year for your organisation.
What do your workshops look like?
We pride ourselves on making all our workshops bespoke to the needs of your organisation. After an initial consultation, we build a programme of several training modules to help overcome existing cultural barriers within the workplace.
All our workshops are interactive which encourages employees to think differently, be radically self-aware and motivated to create change in the workplace and society.
Can you offer remote workshops with my team?
Yes! Our sessions can be organised in a way that suits you and your employees. We can run sessions over a variety of platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts. Get in touch about your specific requirements and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes - if you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we can organise a 30-minute consultation to discuss your diversity and inclusion objectives.
Do you collaborate with event managers?
Our Founder, Sara Chandran is a public speaker and workshop facilitator. She is available for speaking opportunities on a variety of topics such as diversity and inclusion to marketing and PR.
I have a workplace wellbeing scheme in place, but we need help with implementation. Is this something you can help with?
This completely depends on the nature of the wellbeing scheme. As we specialise in diversity and inclusion, we can help implement initiatives that create a workplace environment which encourages employees to be their full authentic self.
