Who We Are
Fresh and Fearless was founded in 2020 by Sara Chandran with the mission to support businesses in their efforts to diversify their workforce and be a more inclusive place for all employees.
Having worked in PR and Communications, and Inclusive Marketing at The Unmistakables, Sara decided that to create real change and address inequality in the workplace, it needed a combined approach of knowledge and insights, with powerful and effective communication.
We believe it's time to be fresh and fearless in everything we do.
Her passion for creating a diverse, accessible and inclusive workforce is inspiring, and influential, which is why the workshop was a great success. Sara was a natural at engaging her team and creating a welcoming environment, which allowed them to talk about their own unconscious biases and how they can be overcome in the workplace.
