What We Do

Workshops
We run workshops on a variety of topics and current issues which are bespoke to the needs of your organisation.
We lead sessions on inclusive Recruitment, Retention and People Management. We also deliver workshops on Allyship, Culture, Belonging and Unconscious Bias.
Consultancy
Workshops on Unconscious Bias are a great first step when creating an inclusive workforce.
We work together with you and your employees to surface your organisation's cultural barriers, and together build a unique organisation that is inclusive for all.
Working together
We're committed to helping your organisation change.
To make the relationship a success we ask that you are ready to let go of existing preconceptions of the world around you. Be open-minded about the learnings we will guide you through and be willing to commit to finding a new truth.
Who We Are
Fresh and Fearless was founded in 2020 by Sara Chandran with the mission to support businesses in their efforts to diversify their workforce and be a more inclusive place for all employees.
Having worked in PR and Communications, and Inclusive Marketing at The Unmistakables, Sara decided that to create real change and address inequality in the workplace, it needed a combined approach of knowledge and insights, with powerful and effective communication.
We believe it's time to be fresh and fearless in everything we do.

Sara is a joy from the moment you meet her, always able to give an objective view, share insights and educate in a really tactful and professional way, whilst maintaining her vibrant personality. We were excited to partner with Fresh and Fearless because Sara brings a sense of ease and openness to the topic of D&I. It was important to us that we worked with a consultancy that felt more like a partnership, creating a safe environment where employees could be open and honest and that we were not just 'box checking'.
