Our Services

We offer bespoke partnerships to become a strategic and reliable extension of your organisation on all matters relating to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Your business may be at one of three stages,
and here’s how we can help:

Illuminate

Your company is early on or at the start of your diversity, equity and inclusion journey. We can deliver introductory learning and advisory sessions to bring the team to a similar level of understanding to start your journey.

Unpack

You start experiencing momentum, and everyone understands diversity, equity and inclusion. People want to know the tangible actions the company is taking to encourage a healthy culture and working practices. That’s where we help you unearth what’s working well, what’s missing and what’s next.

Manifest

The company has been working on diversity, equity and inclusion for a while. Your maturity as an organisation in this space is consistent and healthy. Now, you need a diversity business partner or bespoke workshops to provide specific support that helps maintain success. Hint: That’s us!

Bold & Brave Consultancy

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Audit

Data is key to truly understanding your organisation. As your trusted partner and advisor, we audit the organisation to identify areas of the business that are deeply biased and contributing to non-inclusive practices.

We then work with teams and individuals to truly understand the company’s culture through 1:1s, focus groups, and surveys that are carefully communicated to everyone.

Communication

Communication Guidance

Language is ever-evolving. Knowing how to communicate a specific message without offending can feel like hard work, but we make it easy. We can support and review the copy in newsletters, social media content, and policies. We give you the peace of mind that language is inclusive and appropriate.

Community Support

You’ll hear us often say that we love working with Employee Resource Groups and DEI Task Forces. The members of these groups are some of the most wonderful people and a joy to collaborate with. Establishing these spaces can be difficult for the first time, so we help set up and run these groups so people can feel that sense of belonging as soon as possible.

Fresh & Fun Learning

Workshops

We support people with safe, judgement-free, kind spaces. Our sessions are fuss-free, highly interactive and inclusive. We adapt our workshops based on the needs of those in the rooms, physically or virtually.

Our workshops can be delivered in person or online. We use tools like Miro Board and Mentimeter to ensure our sessions are as interactive as possible.

We offer workshops on inclusive skill development, safe-space listening sessions, team-specific training, and leadership workshops. Contact us to build you a bespoke learning programme.

Workshops

Away Days

We can help your team by organising workshops and training for a corporate retreat. Ahead of the day, we share a comprehensive questionnaire to understand your organisation's and team's unique challenges.

With these insights, we build a jam-packed, fun-filled collaborative series of sessions to help develop psychological safety, boost morale, and strengthen teamwork.

Got any questions?

  • Through pulse surveys, belonging questionnaires, or one-to-ones, we hear directly from people about the impact of our DEI initiatives. In addition, we look at data such as employee attrition and diversity metrics to understand the longevity of DEI programs.

  • Effective communication is vital to bringing everyone on this journey together. Resistance might signify a lack of understanding, preconceived notions and beliefs about this work, or not feeling part of the solution. We love meeting with people one-on-one to understand the barriers and unpack them together as a team.

  • It entirely depends on the type of consultancy project and workshops we’re working on together. Regarding timelines, please let us know if the matter is urgent, and we will discuss possible solutions. We typically ask for a six-week notice before we start a new project.

  • Absolutely! We deliver a three-part module series on inclusion for people teams, which covers topics such as debiasing the recruitment process, inclusive onboarding, and more. In addition, we deliver an inclusive leadership training session for leadership teams. Do get in touch to chat more!

  • Yes! Through a series of consultation sessions and strategy workshops, we work with your leadership team and people leaders to support the development of a DEI strategy and policy. We ensure the plan is specific, actionable and has a clear timeline.

  • For as long as you need! For some clients, we have been working with them for years, delivering ongoing support through workshops, advisory calls and coaching.
