Becoming Fresh and Fearless
Hi everyone! I’m Sara, the Founder of Fresh and Fearless. Welcome to our brand-new website! We’re now in our fourth year, having started the consultancy in 2020, so it felt like the perfect time for a refresh.

So, let’s start from the beginning, right when I started on this wild, entrepreneurial journey. Fresh and Fearless came about as a period of reflection when I realised the limitations of traditional work environments and the toll they would take on my mental health. I was constantly tired, struggling with depression and having terrible anxiety. Then, I was facing redundancy, which only made matters worse.
However, deep down, I knew I needed to do something more fulfilling that would allow me to prioritise my loved ones, including my furry companion, Casper. So, I took the plunge. On February 21st 2020, Fresh and Fearless was officially launched, and I couldn't be prouder of how far we've come since then.
At the heart of Fresh and Fearless is our unwavering commitment to being a non-judgmental consultancy that offers guidance and support to businesses. We strive to create an environment where individuals feel acknowledged, valued, and heard. But where did the name "Fresh and Fearless" come from, you ask?
Well, it was during a collaborative brainstorming session with my esteemed mentor, whom I affectionately call my "work dad," that the name emerged. His belief in my potential and encouragement to pursue my dreams fearlessly shaped the identity of our consultancy. I am forever grateful for his guidance and support.
Looking ahead, my vision for Fresh and Fearless is to continue our organic growth and make a lasting impact.

Reflecting on the past four years, I can’t help but feel an immense sense of pride. Running a successful business has brought stability to my life, offering a contrast to the unpredictable circumstances of my earlier years. The wonderful relationships and connections I’ve formed in the last year alone are amazing. I thank everyone who has supported, trusted and joined this journey.
These four years have been amazing, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. Let’s be fresh and fearless!
